Beautiful Diamond Sawn Sandstone Paving

The Product: We are delighted to offer our beautiful diamond sawn natural sandstone paving units. This product is traditionally used for high specification projects where a durable flat surface is required. This product is suitable for external and even internal use, for example, paths, patios, driveways, conservatories or kitchen floors.

Finish, Appearance and Technical Specification: The finish is diamond sawn to all sides. The appearance is a mixture of buff with grey tones and dark grey tones (see photos of actual paving). The paving are technically classified as fine grained sandstone. The paving units are all 600mm deep of varying lengths from 600-900mm with varying thickness from 40-60mm.

Important Information About the Paving: The stone paving we supply are classed as seconds, this is because they are not 100% perfect and are not within the percentage tolerance allowed at production stage. This is why the lengths and thickness may vary. A small percentage may be 0.5mm deeper than others. Also a very small percentage of units may be split, uneven or chipped on the underside. Site Work: Stone paving is supplied on pallets secured with tensioned plastic strapping and/or film wrapped. This paving is best laid on a minimum of 100mm well consolidated hardcore, on a 5 spot cement bed. This product is heavy and handling and laying is best done using a mechanical or manual slab lifter.

Carriage: We are proud to be able to offer a very competitive and cost effective delivery service to all our customers, making the purchase of our stone simple and trouble free. We subcontract our haulage and all deliveries come with a hiab off loading facility for your convenience. Some typical delivery cost from our yard carrying a 10 tonne load (60-70m2 approx.) with hiab off loading are as follows: to Leeds - 150.00, to Doncaster - 120.00, to Sheffield - 90.00 to Barnsley - 90.00. Please email us your delivery address and we will advise on cost. We have loading facilities at our yard if you wish to cash and carry. All prices will be plus delivery cost.

Loss, Damage or Returns: Any loss or damage must be reported with 24 hours. We will accept returns of damaged goods for refund, at the cost of the purchaser.
